Milano Design Week 2018 – Un giardino incantato, popolato da alti alberi, piante, arbusti e fiori sorge in Piazza Gae Aulenti in occasione del Salone del Mobile, nel cuore del nuovo “Innovation Design District”, simbolo della Milano che si proietta verso il futuro.
È l’evocativo progetto firmato dallo studio fiorentino Pierattelli Architetture, che dal 16 al 22 aprile regala alla città uno spazio in cui recuperare la relazione tra uomo e natura.
In occasione dell’opening dell’installazione si è svolta la performance dello street artist Ascanio, che ha realizzato un suggestivo murales ispirato alla verticalità della città. L’opera sarà messa all’asta, insieme agli arredi di Vitra e Flos, e il ricavato devoluto a Busajo Onlus, ente benefico che sviluppa progetti a sostegno dei bambini in Etiopia.

An enchanted garden, populated by tall trees, hundreds of plants and blooming flowers will be located for the Milan Design Week in Piazza Gae Aulenti, in the heart of the new “Innovation Design District”.
This is the intriguing site-specif installation signed by the Florence studio Pierattelli Architetture, which from 16 to 22 April, gives the city a space in which to recover the relationship between man and nature.
During the opening, took place the performance of the street artist Ascanio, which created an evocative mural inspired by the verticality of the city. The work will be auctioned, along with the furnishings of Vitra and Flos, and the proceeds donated to Busajo Onlus, charity organization in support of Etiopian childhood.
